Who We Are
Carlyle Capital was founded in 2007 with a vision to create a development and investment firm characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, with the agility to effectively respond to market opportunities or challenges. Our company is built on the belief that through pro-active management, we have the ability to outperform traditional equities and fixed income investments on a risk-adjusted basis.
Carlyle Capital consists of experienced professionals and partners with diverse backgrounds in real estate development, design, development delivery, investments, marketing and operations.
We work with highly regarded industry partners as well as with local governments in order to make our developments successful. In every project, we ensure that all stakeholders are integrated to our process from initiation. We bring financial strength, management experience and resources that help drive developments forward. In addition, as a small and privately owned firm, we are highly responsive to market needs and are able to implement quick solutions on projects in order to ensure project delivery.
Our Responsibility
We recognize that it is our responsibility to protect investments and deliver the level of returns that meets expectations. With this in mind, we strive to mitigate risk, selectively qualifying our investments by adhering to strict investment criteria and we seek to enhance returns through pro-active management. Most importantly, we are stakeholders alongside our development partners and investors as we take a ‘principal to principal’ approach whereby we co-invest in most of our ventures.

Our approach is to leverage on the industry expertise and the off-market deal access of our team and associated professionals and partnerships in order to capture and capitalize on unique investment opportunities. We determine a clear strategy for every single investment we make and to create value through a disciplined investment/development approach and proactive management with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Current Projects Under Development
Carlyle Capital is currently focusing on developing a residential subdivision with Richpark Homes in Thornbury Ontario. A number of other properties are in advanced due diligence with exchange expected this calendar year.
